Avner Aliphas, MD
Dr Aliphas graduated from The John Hopkins University with an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science. He then completed a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University. He started his medical training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his internship in General Surgery, and residency and chief administrative resident year in Otolaryngology at the Boston Medical Center before joining the staff at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Dr. Aliphas continues his affiliation with Boston University School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology - teaching residents in didactics and in various clinical settings. Dr. Aliphas is board certified in Otolaryngology including sinus/allergy and otologic disease. Dr. Aliphas enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys as well as playing ice hockey and cycling.
Ricole Haden Au.D. CCC-A
Dr Haden has been an audiologist for over 20 years and provides the latest in diagnostic audiology, vestibular evaluations, in both pediatric and adult populations. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa where she graduated with high honors. In addition to audiology, she was trained as a Speech-Language Pathologist and has a firm grasp of child development, language and auditory processing. Dr. Haden received her Masters of Science degree from the University of Arizona and her Doctorate of Audiology degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Haden is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and has her certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. She is highly motivated and thoroughly enjoys her profession. She is the mother of four children.
